Installation Instructions


  • Insert the USB disc in your optical drive. It should appear on your desktop. Do NOT click on it.
  • Restart your mac.
  • As soon as you hear the startup chime press and hold the option [ALT] key on your keyboard.
  • Choose start from optical drive/USB symbol.

    Your help worked

    Having tried the dvd version which failed to load up, they gave me a full refund.
    So I then ordered it on usb stick, at first this also failed but on contacting their help they had the answer and gave me instructions on how to change the date on my computer. This worked and I now have a fully working IMac again.

    If you encounter Load Problems. Check internet for solution.
    I had to change date to 2015.
    usb loaded without any problems nice clean install.
