I was looking for a simple educational set of programs to help our grandchildren prepare for school and to introduce them to the computer mouse and keyboard. This product is excellent and my grandson loves them, having fun whilst learning. Although the wrong CD Rom was sent, I received a fast reply when I contacted the company and the replacement arrived the very next day. It is a mark of a good company that they but things right when sometimes things go wrong. I can not fault the service or product I received, plus they offer discounts as well! Items faulty on arrival. You have the option of an exchange or refund. If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 7 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs. Damage in Transit

If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 7 working days. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, please refuse the delivery and call Customer services. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method.
