The are two large workbooks on the disc, both in PDF (Portable Document Format) and they total 729 pages.

Accompanying the 2 workbooks are 2 Volumes of MP3 Audio files that support the training manuals and are divided up into 12 folders in each Volume.

VOLUME 1 

Volume 1 has 44 separate MP3 Audio Files, and the average length is approx. 25 minutes or more per file (so that's pretty much 18 hours plus of listening in Volume 1 alone!) 

The accompanying work book is 346 pages long. 

VOLUME 2 

Volume 2 has 42 individual MP3 Audio Files, and the average length is 25 minutes, so again here you have around 17 hours plus of listening time. 

The accompanying work book is 383 pages long. 

Presented on a Data Disc with a menu system to help you navigate huge amount of material. Just pop it in your computer and double click the index file!
