Product images may be provided for illustrative or identification purposes. Packaging, appearance, and other non-material characteristics may vary where this does not affect the essential nature of the product.

3. Software Publisher Terms

Software products and licence keys must be installed, activated, and used in accordance with the applicable software publisher’s licensing terms, End User Licence Agreement (EULA) where applicable, and any product-specific requirements displayed on our Website.

Customers are responsible for reviewing applicable system requirements, device limitations, regional restrictions, product editions, and compatibility information before purchasing.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on our Website.

Any applicable taxes, delivery charges, or additional costs will be displayed during the purchasing process where required.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time.

Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted, except where there has been an obvious pricing or technical error.

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully authorised.

We may use third-party payment providers to process transactions.

5. Placing an Order

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided when placing an order is accurate and complete.

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation acknowledging that we have received your order.

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

A contract is formed when we accept and process your order or otherwise confirm that the applicable product has been dispatched or supplied.

6. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorised payment
  • Payment processing issues
  • Incorrect pricing or product information
  • Product availability issues
  • Technical or system errors
  • Breaches of these Terms & Conditions
  • Additional verification being reasonably required

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, any amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method and applicable law.

7. Digital Product Delivery

Digital Products are generally supplied electronically using the delivery method stated during the purchasing process.

Delivery may be made by:

  • Email
  • Customer account access
  • Download link
  • Electronic licence key delivery
  • Another electronic delivery method

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and ensuring that they have access to the email address or customer account used when placing the order.

Customers should contact us if they experience an issue receiving a Digital Product.

8. Physical Product Delivery

Physical Products are dispatched using third-party delivery services.

Available delivery methods, estimated delivery times, and applicable charges will be displayed during the purchasing process where appropriate.

Delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

This does not affect any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable consumer law.

Customers should contact us if a Physical Product is significantly delayed, damaged during delivery, incorrectly supplied, or does not arrive.

9. Digital Products & Cancellation Rights

Digital Products, including software licence keys and digital downloads, may be supplied electronically after purchase.

Where a Consumer requests immediate delivery of digital content and provides any consent and acknowledgement required by applicable consumer law, the statutory right to cancel may be affected once delivery has begun.

This does not affect statutory rights where Digital Products are faulty, not as described, or otherwise do not conform to the contract.

Further information about returns, cancellations, replacements, and refunds is available in our Returns & Refund Policy.

10. Software Licence Keys

Software licence keys must be installed, activated, and used in accordance with:

  • The applicable product description
  • The applicable software publisher’s licensing terms
  • Any End User Licence Agreement that applies to the software
  • Applicable device and activation limitations
  • Any product-specific requirements displayed before purchase

Customers must not:

  • Use a licence key on more devices than permitted
  • Share or distribute licence keys except where permitted by applicable law or licensing terms
  • Attempt to circumvent software activation or security mechanisms
  • Use a product in breach of applicable licensing terms
  • Fraudulently obtain, activate, or use a licence key

Customers are responsible for reviewing product compatibility and applicable requirements before purchasing.

11. 30-Day Licence Replacement Warranty

All software licence keys include our 30-day replacement warranty.

If a licence key is invalid upon delivery or cannot be activated or redeemed in accordance with the applicable product requirements, please contact us within 30 days of purchase.

We may request reasonable information to investigate and resolve the issue, including:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Relevant error messages
  • Screenshots or photographs
  • Installation or activation information
  • Other relevant technical information

Where appropriate, and in accordance with our published policies and applicable law, we may provide technical assistance, a replacement licence key, or another available remedy.

The 30-day replacement warranty does not apply where an activation issue results solely from:

  • Use on an unsupported or incompatible device or operating system
  • Attempted activation on more devices than permitted
  • Failure to follow applicable installation or activation instructions
  • Unauthorised sharing or distribution of the licence key
  • Unauthorised modification of the software or activation process
  • Hardware faults, system corruption, malware, or other issues unrelated to the licence key supplied

Our 30-day replacement warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.

12. Returns & Refunds

Returns, refunds, cancellations, and replacements are handled in accordance with our published Returns & Refund Policy and applicable law.

Different conditions may apply to Digital Products and Physical Products because of the nature of the products supplied.

Customers should review our Returns & Refund Policy before placing an order.

Nothing in our Returns & Refund Policy or these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13. Incorrect Purchases & Compatibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and applicable compatibility requirements before purchasing.

Customers should check:

  • Operating system requirements
  • Device compatibility
  • Software edition
  • Licence information
  • Device limitations
  • Regional restrictions
  • Other applicable product requirements

Where accurate product and compatibility information was clearly provided before purchase, we may be unable to provide a refund solely because a customer purchased an incompatible or unsuitable product.

This does not affect statutory rights where a product is faulty, incorrectly described, or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

14. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or materially different from its description, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

We may request reasonable information to investigate the issue, including:

  • Your order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Photographs or screenshots
  • Relevant error messages
  • Diagnostic or technical information where appropriate

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an available remedy may include technical assistance, repair, replacement, price reduction, partial refund, full refund, or another appropriate remedy.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

15. Consumer Customers

Consumers may have statutory rights and remedies under applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or limits any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Where these Terms conflict with mandatory consumer protection law, the applicable legal requirements will take precedence.

16. Business Customers

Where a Business Customer purchases products from us, the purchase is made for business or professional purposes.

Business Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are suitable for their business requirements.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law, statutory consumer cancellation rights do not apply to Business Customers.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a Consumer.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

We are not responsible for losses resulting solely from misuse of a product, failure to follow applicable instructions, unauthorised product modification, use of a product on an incompatible device or system where compatibility requirements were clearly provided, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

22. Privacy & Data Protection

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and applicable UK data protection legislation.

We are not responsible for the operation of third-party services except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

24. Force Majeure

We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include natural disasters, severe weather, internet or infrastructure failures, government actions, industrial disputes, supply chain disruptions, or other events that we could not reasonably prevent.

This provision does not affect any statutory rights or remedies available under applicable law.

25. Complaints

We aim to resolve customer concerns fairly and efficiently.

If you have a complaint about a product, order, or service, please contact us using the contact information displayed below.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our business, Website, products and services, policies, or applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

The latest version will be published on our Website with the applicable “Last Updated” date.

Changes will not retrospectively alter the Terms applicable to an order that has already been accepted unless required by law.

27. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

28. No Waiver

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms & Conditions, this does not mean that we have waived our right to enforce that provision at a later date.

29. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a Consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from any mandatory rights and protections available to you under applicable law.
