By accessing or using this Website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use this Website or purchase any products from us.
1. Definitions
- "Digital Products" means software licenses, product keys, activation codes, download links, and non-tangible goods delivered electronically.
- "Physical Products" means tangible goods such as DVDs, SSDs, USB drives, installation media and hardware.
- "Consumer" means an individual acting wholly or mainly outside their trade or business.
- "Business Customer" means any customer purchasing for business purposes.
- "Contract" means the legally binding agreement formed when we accept your order.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
- You warrant that all details you provide (billing, delivery, email) are accurate and up to date.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Products and Descriptions
3.1 Digital Products (Downloads & Product Keys)
- Digital Products include software activation keys, license codes, download links and related digital content.
- We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions are accurate; however, minor variations and software version updates may occur.
- You are responsible for checking compatibility (system requirements, OS version, edition, etc.) before purchasing.
- All software is provided subject to the software manufacturer’s End User License Agreement (EULA).
3.2 Physical Products (DVD, SSD, USB and Other Media)
- Physical Products may include installation media, storage devices, and hardware items.
- Product images are illustrative. Packaging or product appearance may vary.
- Where software is included, its usage is governed by the publisher’s EULA.
4. Ordering Process
- Your order constitutes an offer to purchase.
- An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not constitute acceptance.
- A Contract is formed when:
- Digital Products are delivered or made available, and/or
- Physical Products are dispatched.
- We may decline an order for reasons including stock issues, security checks, or pricing errors.
5. Prices and Payment
- All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
- Prices may change at any time, but this will not affect orders already accepted.
- Payment must be completed at checkout using an approved payment method.
6. Delivery
6.1 Digital Product Delivery
- Digital Products are delivered by email and/or via secure download links.
- Delivery is typically immediate but may be delayed due to payment verification or technical checks.
- You must ensure your email address is correct and able to receive our messages.
6.2 Physical Product Delivery
- Physical Products are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.
- Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout but are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated.
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Ownership passes upon receipt of full payment.
7. Software Licensing
- Purchasing a software product or activation key grants you a license to use the software as permitted by the publisher’s EULA.
- You must not:
- share, resell or distribute product keys;
- circumvent activation or protection mechanisms;
- use software in breach of licensing terms.
8. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
8.1 Consumer Rights
Consumers may have statutory rights under UK/EU consumer law. Nothing in these Terms affects those rights.
8.2 Digital Products (Downloads & Product Keys)
- By purchasing digital content with immediate delivery, you acknowledge that:
- delivery begins immediately, and
- you lose your statutory right to cancel once the content (key or download) is delivered.
- Microsoft Product Key Warranty: We provide a 30-day activation warranty on all Microsoft product keys purchased from us. If your key fails to activate or is proven faulty within 30 days, we will provide a replacement key at no additional cost.
- License keys and digital downloads are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered or redeemed. Keys are strictly personal, issued once per order, and cannot be retracted, reused, or un-activated once exposed.
- Refunds for Digital Products are only available where:
- a key is faulty and a replacement cannot be provided; or
- we must offer a remedy under applicable consumer protection law.
- You are responsible for ensuring system compatibility before purchase. Incorrect purchases do not qualify for refunds.
8.3 Physical Products
- Consumers may cancel orders for Physical Products within a statutory cooling-off period, unless legal exceptions apply.
- Returned goods must be complete, in reasonable condition, and preferably in original packaging.
- Deductions may apply for handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.
- Faulty items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with your statutory rights.
8.4 Business Customers
- Purchases made by Business Customers are final unless otherwise agreed.
- Refunds for business orders are at our discretion except where legally required.
9. Warranty and Technical Support
- Digital Products are provided “as is” and subject to the publisher’s warranty (if any).

Microsoft Product Key Warranty (Re-stated): All Microsoft keys include a 30-day activation warranty. A free replacement will be issued if activation fails within 30 days and the issue is verified. This warranty does not cover:
- misuse, sharing, or resale of keys;
- activation on unsupported or incompatible systems;
- attempts to activate beyond the permitted device count;
- system corruption, viruses, or hardware faults on the customer’s device.
- Physical Products may include separate manufacturer warranties.
- We provide limited activation and installation support but do not supply ongoing IT support unless contracted separately.
10. Limitation of Liability
- We do not exclude liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- any matter that cannot be lawfully excluded.
- We are not liable for:
- loss of profits, revenue or business;
- loss of data or software configurations;
- indirect or consequential losses.
- For Consumers, our total liability is limited to the price paid for the product.
- For Business Customers, our total liability for any Contract is limited to the amount paid under that Contract.
11. Intellectual Property
- All Website content is protected by intellectual property rights.
- You must not copy, reproduce, or distribute Website content without permission.
- All trademarks and product names belong to their respective owners.
12. Prohibited Uses
- You must not use our Website or products for illegal purposes.
- You must not distribute unlicensed or pirated software.
- You must not attempt unauthorised access to our systems or networks.
13. Data Protection and Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to These Terms
- We may update these Terms at any time.
- Your continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- Consumers may rely on mandatory protections under their local law.
- Courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
