Refunds and Returns Policy

NO FIX NO FEE Policy on all phisical products DVD/USB/SSD: We offer a 30-day coverage from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the software or it did not meet your needs, we will provide a full refund, no questions asked.

  • 1. Drop us an email at help@softwarerepairworld.com
  • 2. We will reply with the return address and a return label
  • 3. Pack the item securely and attach the label
  • 4. Take it to Royal Mail or drop it in a Royal Mail Red Box

Once received, the refund will be processed the same day, and it takes 2-3 working days to reflect back in your payment method.

Items Faulty on Arrival

If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 7 calendar days to inform us of the fault. You have the option of an exchange or a refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging, complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we verify the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.

If a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians, we will return the item to you, and you will be liable for the return carriage.

Faults Developing After 28 Days

If any of your purchases develop a fault after 28 calendar days, but within the warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair.

Damage in Transit

If any items were damaged in transit, please report it to us within 7 working days. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, please refuse the delivery and contact Customer Services. Items should be returned in their original packaging, complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund via your original payment method.

Item Missing or Incorrect Item

If an item is missing from your order or the wrong item has been sent, please email us at help@softwarerepairworld.com as soon as possible, and in any event within three days, and we will resolve the problem promptly.

Downloads and License Keys

We offer a 30-day warranty on all license keys. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange if there is a problem with the license.

Refunds are not permitted if the code has already been sent. Downloads and product keys are non-refundable, but we will assist you with exchanges or new download links, and store credit can be applied if necessary.

If there is a problem with license, contact us at help@softwarerepairworld.com or use the Personal AI Assistant in the bottom right corner of the screen to submit a ticker.

Software Repair World sells codes for software activation. These codes are issued only once and are strictly personal. Due to this, no statutory right of withdrawal applies, and you do not have a 14-day cooling-off period as with a "normal" Internet purchase.

A free trial version of the software is available for all products we offer. Use this free trial to ensure the software meets the minimum system requirements. If you have any doubts or questions, please contact our Customer Service. We are available 7 days a week to help you.
