⚡ Digital Delivery & Downloads
➜ How fast will I receive my product key and download link?
For most software, delivery is instant as soon as payment clears.
Some specialist titles can take 3–12 hours (this will be reflected on the product page where applicable).
What you receive: an email containing your official product licence and a secure download link.
➜ I didn’t receive my key — what should I do?
Please check your Spam/Junk and any “Promotions” folder first.
If it’s not there, contact us and we’ll resend promptly after verifying your order.
➜ Where do I find my download link after purchase?
Your secure download link is sent by email after payment clears.
If you’ve created an account at checkout, it may also be visible in your order history depending on product type and checkout settings.
➜ Do digital downloads and product keys include a warranty?
Yes — all downloads and product keys include a 30-day activation warranty.
If your key does not activate or is proven faulty within 30 days, we will provide a free replacement.
NO FIX – NO FEE: If we can’t get you working with a valid replacement where applicable, we’ll make it right.
➜ Can I cancel or return a digital product?
Due to the irreversible nature of digital goods, digital products are:
- Non-refundable once delivered
- Non-returnable once displayed or emailed
- Keys are issued once per order and become non-retractable once exposed
UK/EU Digital Content Rights: By purchasing, you consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply once the digital product has been delivered.
Orders may only be cancelled before a key or download link is issued. After delivery, the order is considered completed.
➜ What if my key won’t activate?
Don’t worry — we’ll help quickly. Common fixes include:
- Double-checking the key was entered exactly (avoid extra spaces)
- Confirming you’re installing the correct edition/version
- Ensuring your device is online during activation
If it still won’t activate, contact us within 30 days and we’ll troubleshoot and provide a replacement key if proven faulty.

➜ What delivery options do you offer in the UK?
- FREE Standard Delivery: 2–3 working days
- FAST Delivery: 1–2 working days – £3.99
- NEXT-DAY Delivery: next working day (order by 2pm Mon–Thu) – £8.99
Eligible digital licences are delivered instantly by email (as stated on each product page).
➜ Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — we offer tracked worldwide delivery.
- Worldwide UPS Tracked: 3–5 working days – £9.99
- EU: 3–5 working days
- Worldwide: 5–7 working days (no weekends)
➜ When do you dispatch orders?
- Orders placed before 2pm (Mon–Fri) ship the same day
- Orders after 2pm ship the next working day
- Saturday & Sunday orders ship on Monday
- Next-day service available Mon–Thu (order by 2pm)
➜ I missed my delivery — what happens now?
No problem — the carrier will usually leave a note with re-delivery or collection instructions.
If you’re unsure, contact us and we’ll help you locate the parcel and next steps.
➜ My parcel is late or damaged — what should I do?
If your estimated arrival date has passed, contact us and we’ll investigate promptly.
If your parcel arrives damaged, we may request a photo so we can resolve the issue quickly.

➜ What warranty do physical items include?
All physical items (DVD / USB / SSD / HDD) include:
- 30-day warranty (refund period from date of purchase)
- No Fix – No Fee guarantee
If the product does not meet your needs or you’re not satisfied, you’re entitled to a full refund within the return period.
➜ How do returns work for physical items?
30-day refund period: If you’re not satisfied for any reason, we will issue a full refund.
Conditions for returning physical items:
- Items must be returned with all included components
- SSDs/USB drives must be securely packaged to prevent damage
- Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the returned item
