I ordered a bootable USB to reinstall Windows 11 ... everything went smooth. However, the WiFi driver was not on the USB ...so I had to down download it on a different laptop, put it on the usb and install it. Otherwise than that. I am happy with the order.
Loaded up fine but I was a bit puzzled when asked for a 25 digit code, after a couple of days I went through the emails again and found it, I think I was expecting another disc. Anyway all set up and working. Thankyou.

I included the DVD version of Microsoft Office in my order. I couldn't get the DVD to work: the screen said "Getting things ready", and said that for well over an hour, so I gave up. So, I tried the download that was sent in the confirmation email and, while still slow, it worked, and I had Office on my computer, I then noticed that my C-drive was very full, so I tried to transfer Office over to my USB Flash Drive. BIG MISTAKE. Office was completely lost somewhere between the C-drive and the USB drive. So I deleted everything even remotely referring to Office from both drives, and reinstalled from the email, as before. Now, everything's fine!
