Return a Physical Products
Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Follow the simple steps below to start your return.
How to Start Your Return
1️⃣ Log In to Your Account
Click the button below and log in using the email address associated with your order.
2️⃣ Select Your Order
Find the order containing the physical product you wish to return and select Request Return.
3️⃣ Submit Your Request
Complete the return form and provide the reason for your return.
4️⃣ Follow the Return Instructions
Once your request has been reviewed, we will send you the applicable return instructions and, where provided, a prepaid return label.

All downloads and license keys are not refundable but we include 30 Days Warranty for Peace of Mind
