Free Return to Base Warranty for the First 6 Months

Within the first six months of your warranty period, you'll benefit from our Free Return to Base Warranty. This means that in the unlikely event of a hardware failure, you won't have to worry about the costs of returning the system to us. We'll take care of the collection, repair, and return of your system, all at no extra charge to you. This service is part of our commitment to ensuring your satisfaction and trust in our products.

Warranty Exclusions

While we strive to cover a wide range of hardware issues, there are certain exclusions to be aware of:

  • Software and Operating System Issues: Our warranty focuses on hardware, hence, software-related problems and operating system issues are not covered.
  • Accidental Damage: We cannot cover damages that occur due to accidents.
  • General Wear and Tear: The natural degradation of the product over time is not covered.
  • Misuse or Neglect: Any damage resulting from improper handling or lack of care is excluded.
  • Incorrect Installation: Damage due to wrongly installed goods is not covered.

  • Consumables: Items like ink cartridges and batteries are not covered.
  • Data Recovery & Backing Up: We recommend regularly backing up your data, as this is not covered.
  • Incorrectly Installed/Incompatible Software: If software not provided by us is installed incorrectly or is incompatible, we cannot cover the resulting issues.
  • Virus Damage: Damage or issues arising from viruses are not covered.
  • Compatibility of 3rd Party Software/Hardware: We cannot guarantee compatibility with all third-party products.
