I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this product.
After Outlook 2019, which I used for 5 years, the lack of functionality in this version re Tasks and Calendars is very frustrating. Also, the fact that Contacts in the system are not automatically visible to all accounts is another lack of functionality. I am the main user and I have btinternet and Gmail email addresses.
I also handle some of the emails for my wife who is has her own email address. The Contacts file was available to all users in 2019, but not this one. The clumsy workaround to see Contacts other than the gmail account that was used for copying down when I loaded the .csv file is not the main account, my btinternet account is the main one.
Highly recommend it fast delivery got it in couple days did the work easy to install 👍

Didn't properly install the drivers, such as the Network and Lan Drivers, so I can't even login my WiFi without the necessary driver, using the Ethernet directly from the cable modem.

Unable to use MacBook. Got Mountain Lion Reinstall DVD from Software Recovery (Mountain Lion no longer supported by Apple). I did not find it a straightforward process. After watching help videos on YouTube I eventually got there. Once Mountain Lion was correctly installed the MacBook updated to IOS Catalina which was the latest available software supported by that model of MacBook Pro.
So now all is good thank you,
